Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your place on the trip it is important you contact us as soon as possible. The longer you leave it, the more it will cost. We are bound by travel companies cancellation policy which is outlined in their Terms and Conditions.
We may be able to transfer it to another student if we have any on a waiting list. However, if this is not possible, the cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 13 weeks prior to departure Loss of all deposits paid / due
Between 6 and 13 weeks prior to departure Loss of 70% of invoiced price
Between 2 and 6 weeks prior to departure Loss of 85% of invoiced price
Less than 2 weeks prior to departure Loss of 100% of invoiced price
We may be able to reclaim these charges from our insurer if the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of this insurance policy. The more information we have when you choose to cancel, the better we can help you.
Please note, you must also pay the full cancellation charges levied by the airline. These charges could be the full cost of the flight(s), depending upon airline, and therefore may be higher than deposits already paid.
