Cancellation Costs

If you wish to cancel your place on the trip it is important you contact us as soon as possible. The longer you leave it, the more it will cost. We are bound by travel companies cancellation policy which is outlined in their Terms and Conditions. 

We may be able to transfer it to another student if we have any on a waiting list. However, if this is not possible, the cancellation charges are as follows:

• more than 113 days prior to departure - loss of deposit

• 57 to 112 days prior to departure - 40% of trip cost

• 29 to 56 days prior to departure - 50% of trip cost

• 15 to 28 days prior to departure - 60% of trip cost

• 8 to 14 days prior to departure - 70 % of trip cost

• Less than 7 days prior to departure - 100% of trip cost

For flight-inclusive bookings, you must also pay the charges levied by the airline concerned. As most airlines do not permit name changes after tickets have been issued, for any reason, these charges are likely to be the full cost of the flight(s).
